Times are hard and buying a house is simply out of the question for a vast majority of the population. The banking crisis means that the banks are simply less inclined to offer you out a mortgage to buy your house over an extended period of time which means that you are going to have to buy a house outright; an impossibility unless you stumble upon a fortune from somewhere! In a normally expensive area such as Fulham, buying a house has always been out of the question except for the privileged few, yet even these are struggling to find the cash to buy a house in the area.

If you want to live in Fulham, therefore, the only option left to you is to rent accommodation. This isn’t in any way a negative thing; as long as you read all the paperwork that is given to you in order to ensure that you aren’t ripped off you can avoid getting burnt. Renting accommodation doesn’t just have to be a short term thing – you can rent for a lifetime if you want. As long as you ensure that you pay on time and you stay on the right side of your landlord then you’ll find that you won’t have any sort of hassle. Forget all the scare stories that people have about landlords being wholly unreasonable – this is a minority of landlords and is by no means representative of the rest. It is not in their interests to annoy you; the beauty of renting means that you can up sticks and leave if they don’t keep to their side of the agreement!

Fulham Car Park

Imagine that you have been driving through the city of London and have decided that you want to stop off somewhere to have a sport of lunch. If you are coming from a suburb or a town then you are likely to be accustomed to parking on the road, yet if you were to try this in London then you will soon be on a hiding to nothing. Because the roads are so busy, it would be a massive risk to the fluency of the traffic if there were cars restricting the flow on both sides of the road. It is bad enough having double yellow lines but the double red lines where you can have your car towed are a harsh reality that hundreds of people fall foul of every year.

The net result is that there is a shortage of parking in London which makes it much more difficult to just stop off somewhere and nip out for a meal or drop into a shop. This is simply impossible in some areas where you can’t find anywhere to park and end up going around in circles which ultimately results in you being stressed out and unable to park. In Fulham, you are able to have the benefit of a state of the art car park that allows you to stay for a short amount of time for a very cheap price which allows you to relax in the knowledge that you can have a coffee whenever you want!
